After selling the bakery, he worked for Teslow-Lichtsinn Motors, as a salesman. During this time, he served as President of the Chamber of Commerce. Lehman and Delores farmed until 1968 when they purchased the Forest City Bakery. To this union, three children were born, Sonje, Byron, and Nance. Lehman married Delores Olson at Grant Lutheran Church on May 14, 1939. He played clarinet in the first band at the Forest City High School. Valley Township and in Forest City, graduating from Forest City High School in 1935. Baptized at Winnebago Lutheran Church and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church, he received his education at Vatne School #8 in Mt. Valley Township to Benny and Clara (Swenson) Tweeten. Lehman Byron Tweeten was born on December 17, 1916, in Mt. TWEETEN, SWENSON, OLSON, BROWN, SHEIMO, SALMON, JAMESON, MAYBERRY, LARSON, GRIMMįOREST CITY - Lehman Tweeten, 96, of Forest City, died on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at the Good Samaritan Care Center in Forest City. ![]()
